Stan Shockley

Founder of Blue Leaf Hospitality

Cleveland, Ohio native Stan Shockley is the founder and CEO of Miami-based Blue Leaf Hospitality, a leading producer of superior casegoods, seating, upholstery, tables and banquettes.

Committed to exceptional design, quality and integrity, Stan has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality furniture industry. His background as a former restaurateur turned vice president of sales at a leading seating manufacturing firm helped inform his management style at Blue Leaf, where customer service is placed at the epicenter of operations. He leads his sales team and expert craftsmen on everything from designing custom product solutions for notable hotel and restaurant brands, to client factory visits for product inspection and progress updates.

With a global approach to sourcing and manufacturing, Stan has developed partnerships with only the best factories in the world found throughout the United States, Asia and Europe, as well as operating a second office and factory in Vietnam. Despite the 10,000 miles between them, Stan maintains a hands-on approach to managing production schedules through a daily video conference call with his lead production, quality control and project managers in Vietnam. Stan continues to grow the Blue Leaf brand as they look forward to serving three-to-five star hospitality companies.
